Thomas (Tommy) Cocozza died peacefully at his home in Johnston on April 12, 2025, where he lived with his longtime life partner Dorothy (Azevedo) Rinaldi and recently celebrated 25 years together. Born in Providence, Rhode Island to the late Robert J. and Virginia F. (Raposa) Cocozza of Warwick.

Tom was self employed and owned Kings Plumbing and Rooter Service and the one-time Kings Hardware Stores on Smith Hill. He studied history at Providence College and proudly earned his master’s in Plumbing at C.C.R.I. Tom enjoyed spending time with friends and family. He especially enjoyed his bonus of 15 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

He is survived by and immensely proud of his son, U.S Army Major Pharm D. Dean T. Cocozza, as well as his “bonus family” Timothy M. Lee of South Kingston, Kristin B. (Lee) McConaghy of Barrington, Arthur (A.J) Lee of Lincoln, Daren B. Lee of Cumberland, and Thayer B. (Lee) of Lincoln, three sisters Diane C. Martins of Warwick, Lorraine C. Wright and Marquerite L. Pallini both of E. Greenwich, and a brother James J. Cocozza of Cranston. He was predeceased by his brother Robert J. Cocozza of E. Greenwich.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 19th, 2025, from 1pm-4pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave. Lincoln. Burial private.
